We are looking for a Project Manager to our Fixed Cameras & Radar product development area with focus on the development of new network cameras and radar products.
Who is your future team?
The Fixed Cameras & Radar product area is focused on development of new Box & Bullet style cameras from idea to mass production. We are also responsible for development of radar products and audio functionality which includes HW and SW. The typical team member has a master's degree in engineering and works in roles such as software engineer, electronics engineer, mechanical engineer, technical lead, imaging engineer, project manager or line manager. Our product development projects also include crucial members as industrial lead, production test engineer, sourcing engineer and quality engineer.
What you’ll do here as Project Manager?
Our product development teams within the Fixed Camera & Radar product are fully committed to development of new state of the art network cameras.
As a Project Manager you will lead product development projects ranging all the way from idea, through conceptual design, execution phase, industrialization and finally volume production. The projects include development of electronics, mechanics and software as well as a wide range of competence areas such as quality assurance, industrial design, production tests, industrialization and regulatory approvals.
The role entails a great responsibility where you as Project Manager are responsible for the entire product project. At the same time, you need to engage and interact with all project members to understand their challenges and part of your project.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
· Handle day-to-day project management activities like planning, risk mitigation, and follow up of project progress
· Lead and motivate the project team towards successful goal completion
· Actively look for solutions and drive decision making
· Work with the product owner to refine product ideas and requirements
You will report to the Director for Fixed Cameras & Radar.
Who are we looking for?

You are a person that give energy to your colleagues and make sure that your team performs and succeeds! You are honest, open minded and ready to take full responsibility for your assignments.
The right candidate has experience from project management and participation in product development projects. It is considered an extra plus if previous experiences involve a background from software development. You communicate easily in both Swedish and English, verbally and written.
